Blues' Pride Night Returns, Features TGP On The Big Screen

On April 6th join Tower Grove Pride in the stands as the LGBTQIA+ community comes together to chant "LGB" as the Blues take on the Seattle Kraken for the second time at home this season at Enterprise Center. Gametime is 7pm. TICKETS AVAILABLE HERE. All TGP tickets are in Sec. 333, St. Charles Pride is next door in Sec. 332!!

Fans that purchase a Theme Night ticket will receive a pair of St. Louis Blues Pride socks, and $5 of the ticket price will benefit Tower Grove Pride's "Practice Kindness" picnic experience, a feature introduced in 2021 in partnership with friends over at Date Ideas & Things to do in STL. Festgoers rent-and-return a blanket, with returned blankets then donated to Winter Outreach who show kindness to our homeless neighbors during the coldest days of winter. Monies collected at Pride Night will assist in purchasing those blankets.

The Blues launched "Pride Night" in 2017, but took some flak later on from community leaders who, in 2019, noted a cutback in the "pride" elements of the night as the rainbow theming that had been the highlight seemed absent from the Enterprise Center altogether. Boom magazine called the event a "pride-light pride."

But Blues' staff has committed to showing full support this year. Zoe Ridenhower, co-chair of the LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group with the St. Louis Blues, without hesitation agreed to feature our 2022 festival video (below) on the jumbotron leading up to the puck drop! So don't show up late on game day or you’ll miss Tower Grove Pride on the big screen.... In addition, a community resource table will be staffed. If your organization wants to raise awareness for your work, email towergrovepride@gmail.com to have your lit on display throughout the game.

So GRAB YOUR TICKETS and join Tower Grove Pride next Wednesday at Pride Night 2022. Come wearing all our colors!
